• B999e may request a copy of a national ID or passport for account verification (KYC) purposes.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to play from the same device or IP address, they must contact b999e in advance.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on b999e are processed through secure, encrypted connections. The following rules apply strictly to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
